Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a
Special Education Teacher to provide dedicated support to K-12
students with diverse learning needs. This onsite role involves
managing a varied caseload and delivering tailored instructional
strategies that help students achieve their individual goals.
Located in Gastonia, NC, this position offers a structured
37.5-hour workweek within a supportive educational environment. Key
Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and
families to promote student success. Monitor and document student
progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed. Maintain compliance
with state and federal special education regulations.
Qualifications: Valid North Carolina Special Education teaching
license required. Submission of official transcripts demonstrating
required educational background. Experience working with a diverse
K-12 student population preferred. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Location: Gastonia, NC Schedule: Full
