Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A contractual teaching opportunity is available for a
Special Education professional specializing in early childhood
education. This full-time, short-term position is designed to
support students during the Extended School Year (ESY) program from
May through June 2026. Located in Allendale, MI, this role is based
at a single early childhood school site, providing specialized
instruction and support for young learners. The position requires a
dedicated educator to work five days per week, delivering
comprehensive educational services tailored to meet the needs of
children with special needs. Key qualifications include: Experience
as a Special Education Teacher with a focus on early childhood.
Skills as a Behavior Specialist and Autism Specialist are highly
valued. Ability to design and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans. Strong communication and
collaboration skills to work effectively with parents, staff, and
allied professionals. Commitment to fostering a supportive and
inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities: Deliver
specialized instruction and behavioral support to early childhood
students with disabilities. Collaborate with school staff and
