Job Description:

Stokes Hodges Ford, a leading auto dealership regarded for its excellence in vehicle sales and customer service in Graniteville, is searching for an energetic and skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. This position involves direct sales of new and pre-owned Ford vehicles, financial planning assistance like loans and leases to a diverse range of customers, and the utilization of expert knowledge in automotive features. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, achieving sales targets while enhancing our brand reputation. Engage directly with customers to determine their vehicle needs and advise on appropriate models and services. Achieve personal and team sales goals by executing effective sales strategies. Offer detailed information on vehicles, including features, financing, and benefits. Conduct price negotiations and finalize sales contracts. Maintain a strong, up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, including new launches and service offerings. Build and nurture relationships with new customers while maintaining strong ties with existing clientele. Handle documentation related to vehicle sales, including transfers, contracts, and DMV paperwork. Proven ability to manage negotiations and close deals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of automotive sales and finance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license. Certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
