Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY : Professional member of the home health team who provides skilled nursing visits in patient’s homes under the direction of plan of treatment established with physician and input from patient/caregiver. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and conduct self in a professional manner at all times and situations Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient, employee and Haven Specialty Home Care's information Participate in all Haven Specialty Home Care's in-service programs Participation in the nursing process by providing input to the client’s plan of care Implementing the care plan as written6.Evaluating effectiveness of care plan and make recommendations for revisions as appropriate Records all pertinent observations and treatments as per Haven Specialty Home Care's policies. Prepares clinical progress notes and provide appropriate documentation of service in keeping with Haven Specialty Home Care's policies and procedures Provide for the emotional and physical comfort and safety of client taking into consideration their rights and cultural background Perform nursing procedures for which he/she has been trained Notify appropriate person of unusual symptoms and/or changes in client’s condition Participate in case conferences, team meetings, staff meetings and performance improvement activities as assigned Provides proof of current license by state. Provides necessary information to verify education and work experiences Practices safely and competently within the job description Complies with all state regulatory acts Adheres to all Haven Specialty Home Care's policies and procedures including but not limited to the HIPAA privacy rule Provides documentation of high-tech certification, if appropriate and performs duties as qualified/authorized Available Shifts: Part Time Hours - up to 27 per week QUALIFICATIONS: 1 year of Nursing experience Valid Nursing License in the state of South Carolina Pay Details: RN Hourly Pay Range $42 - 45/hour LPN Hourly Pay Rate $36 - $38/hour Our Team at Haven Specialty Home Care is looking for nurses to help promote a work culture in healthcare of taking care of each other as well as our patients. This program also provides monetary compensation for damages suffered. Illnesses include, but are not limited to radiation-induced cancers and beryllium-related illness.
