Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time RN
Float Pool Nurse to join our diverse team at our hospitals and

patient care. Provide comprehensive nursing care in multiple
departments based on rotating assignments. Assess, plan, implement,
and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the
multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and maintain
accurate patient documentation. Support patient and family with
empathy, communicating effectively about care plans and
interventions. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and healthcare
regulations. Assist in the development and evaluation of nursing
practices within the organization. Strong clinical skills across
various nursing departments Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Adaptability to changing environments and
patient needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred
