The House Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the daily
functions of various patient care departments within the hospital.
This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations,
compliance with policies, and the delivery of high-quality support
services that enhance patient care. Additionally, the House
Supervisor will oversee staff, coordinate activities, resolve
issues as they arise, and foster a safe and supportive environment.

Supervisor – Our Hospital Part-Time | 16 hrs/week | Tues & Wed | 3
PM–11 PM (Includes 2 holidays annually – 1 major, 1 minor) Why

Your Responsibilities: As the primary leader during evening shifts,
you will support nursing units, manage patient placements, and
ensure seamless operations across departments. You will work
closely with emergency, inpatient, and outpatient teams to maintain
efficient and safe patient flow. In your role as the Administrative
Supervisor , you will oversee staffing, admissions, and represent
leadership in the absence of others. Qualifications We Seek: Active
RN License in Missouri 3–5 years of experience in a hospital
setting Preferred leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Clinical
Lead, Supervisor) BLS & ACLS certification required prior to
