Regional Float Pool - Nights This role is for a part-time
Registered Nurse within the Regional Float Pool, working night
shifts at various facilities in the St. Louis area. The RN will
deliver personalized nursing care to adult and elderly patients
across different units, necessitating appropriate licensure,
certifications, and hands-on experience. The position provides

knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate tailored nursing
care in line with established nursing standards for adult and
geriatric patients. The selected candidate will be required to
report to facilities within the designated regional area of their
home hospital. Specific facilities will be determined upon hiring,
with approval from the hiring manager and leadership team. Position

Department: Regional Float Pool Status: Part-Time (24 hours per
week) Shift: Nights Incentives: Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No
Contract Required Base Pay: Based on Experience Plus: Regional
Float Pool Perks and Shift Differentials: $2.75 for Evenings, $4.60

Qualifications: Required Education: Graduate from an accredited
registered nursing program. Preferred Education: BSN Licensure:
Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of
employment and meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Required Experience: At least one year of recent bedside RN
experience for Med/Surg roles. For other specialties (ED, ICU,
etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience is
required. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic software
Certifications (Required to Start): BLS for Med/Surg and Behavioral
Health BLS & NRP for Women's Health BLS, ACLS for Critical Care
BLS, ACLS, & PALS for Emergency Department Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift; significant
bending, stooping, and lifting of patients with assistance; ability
