on Sundays Responsibilities will include: Generate appointments and
quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity
management in an effort to qualify and market to potential
customers Respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken
manner Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs
Direct customers to product information resources, including those
available online Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in
a timely manner Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales
personnel and departments promptly Accurately logging activities on
the internal lead management system Generating leads for our
F&I managers Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure
quality service and to generate referrals Specific skills required:
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred Prior sales or customer
service experience preferred Self-driven and motivated to achieve
results Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base highly
regarded Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire
to learn more and do more Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel,
and Outlook Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
Clean driving record & valid driver's license Volkswagen of South
