What You'll Do:
--- Meet with pre-qualified buyers and sellers - appointments set
for you
--- Show homes and conduct listing appointments
--- Negotiate contracts and help clients win competitive offers
--- Use our CRM to manage your pipeline, leads, and follow-ups
--- Provide white-glove service from first contact to close
--- Collaborate daily with our Inside Sales Agents, Transaction
Coordinators, and Marketing Team
Responsibilities:
--- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
to increase sales opportunities
--- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets
while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the
form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our
customers
--- Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome
objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so
that they can identify our company's values and integrity
--- Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where
they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act
quickly and efficiently
--- Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in
order to provide quick response times to their needs
--- Lead generate
--- Schedule appointments and meet new clients on a daily basis
--- Show homes
--- Negotiate contracts
--- Provide white-glove service
Qualifications:
--- A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
--- Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
--- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability
to learn new systems quickly
--- You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your
time management skills are spot on
--- Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build
relationships to develop new sales opportunities
--- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
--- Strong negotiating skills
--- Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before
joining the team)
