COMPENSATION RANGE: $40,000 to $55,000 based upon experience, plus bonus.THE COMPANY:Odle Sales is a sales leader in the outdoor, hunting, and shooting sports industry, representing several prominent brands. We handle B2B sales, building relationships with big box, wholesale, internet retailers, and independent dealers.SALES ANALYST POSITION:We are looking to hire a Sales Analyst to wear multiple hats supporting our field sales team. Our Sales Analyst will help to provide necessary support, working closely with Odle Sales representatives and accounts. This position will be based out of our headquarter office in Columbia, Missouri. Remote work IS NOT available for this position.SALES ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee the performance and efficiency of the Odle Sales team by monitoring progress, identifying shortcomings, and proposing improvements.Coordinate information with the sales team by tracking performance, managing schedules, and communicating relevant information from manufacturers.Work with manufacturers and accounts to acquire sales data, build custom reports for analysis that then can be filtered and reviewed to interpret trends, patterns, and key metrics for managing account sales.Create visual aids for our outside sales reps to use in sales presentations.Attend trade shows and travel as needed to assist with sales presentations, POS, and inventory displays.Build rapport with key accounts providing excellent customer service and inside sales supportSALES ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or related fieldREQUIRED: Previous experience collecting, manipulating, and analyzing large amounts of business or sales data.REQUIRED: Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, with understanding of complex functions (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).Interest in the outdoor, shooting, and hunting industry.Previous experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or other applicable administrative position is preferred.Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently and effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent with numbers and attention to Jobble
