Job Description:

The entry-level Sales Representative will work alongside our team of trained, experienced associates and leadership team to grow various client accounts by engaging with customers in a retail environment. You will be expected to provide a customized, personable experience for each customer you interact with in-store.We are a sales and marketing company currently seeking a competitive individual with an interest in sales and/or customer service for our client specializing in promotional marketing. Our goal is to ensure our team of representatives continues providing the consistent, quality customer experiences as well as premium client results. We cover all client account knowledge with our team and also provide hands-on training that is catered to all learning styles. Our training is compensated and ongoing due to frequent changes to clients' promotional offers.Job Responsibilities-

• Make all customers feel welcomed, comfortable and confident in your ability to meet their needs - Ensure that everyone has been greeted with a friendly smile and that friendliness is carried throughout the entire conversation
• Attend morning meetings with senior-level staff to review product knowledge
• Attend occasional staff meetings with clients to discuss new launches and promotional offers
• Conduct sales in a client-facing, retail setting - engage with customers, make helpful suggestions and provide clear, concise product and service knowledge so the customer can make the most beneficial purchasing decision with ease and confidence
• Assist with rolling out and setting up new retail sales campaigns when instructed by a member of senior management
• Through your sales and work efforts, you will achieve the following for the clients: New customer acquisition, account renewals, brand loyalty, and new customer revenue
• Use a specific point of sale system to complete transaction in-store for customers
• Check merchandise and supplies as you arrive to ensure you have the tools necessary to complete all daily tasks - make sure all materials are up to dateRequirements-
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree is highly requested
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or service industry will be beneficial

  • Experience in Retail, Restaurant, or dealing with the Public on a regular basis
