DetailsResponsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with project managers to plan, coordinate,
and execute construction projects within budget and timeline
constraints.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress,
identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety
regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and
cost estimates, and track project expenses to ensure adherence to
financial targets.
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and
specifications, and provide technical support to project teams as
needed.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other
stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment,
and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including
progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identify areas for
improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and
advancements in construction technology, and apply this knowledge
to improve project outcomes.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a
related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Project Engineer
in the construction industry, preferably within the legal
sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and
materials, as well as relevant codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as
Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, to effectively plan and track
project activities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams and external
stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to
prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability
to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective
solutions.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a
desire to continuously improve and learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to
