About this Position:
Mass Production Parts Quality Analyst minimizes supplier quality
issues by implementing temporary solutions, parts confirmation, and
permanent countermeasures to ensure minimal line impact.
Responsibilities include:
Create all reporting documentation to communicate to Parts Quality
representatives and suppliers (HTR's, Inspection Data Sheets, Sort
Information, etc.).
Leader with supporting In-house Quality associates with drawing/
documentation retrieval, BEAM information as necessary.
Lead in-depth analysis related to the production process to
minimize downstream customer concerns. (Manufacturing
Departments)
Lead person in updating and monitor VQ defect boards, Phoenix and
create 5W2H's as needed.
Lead / support with pre-shift meetings and share pass down
information to next shift.
Lead mentor for new associates and SME with problem solving,
procedure, and IPP tag control
Perform judgement, disposition, and handling functions for
non-conforming part problems.
Who we are seeking:
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in the below fields.
Required Education:
Two-year Technical degree with relevance in Quality Control,
Business or Engineering
Other job specific skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
Able to work in team environment
Flexible schedule
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (by phone, in person, and email)
Ability to manage multiple tasks by prioritizing and balancing
workload
Able to wok independently with minimal supervision
Show initiative and act independently to resolve problems
Additional Position Factors:
Workstyle: Onsite
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including shifts and
weekends as necessary.
Must be able to work overtime as necessary to support department
needs (short term and/ or scheduled)
Proof of valid driver's license and able to travel domestic or
foreign as needed.
