The Managing Partner's Office is looking for a qualified individual
who will provide business and process support for the Salesforce
NetZero tool and Environmental-Social-Governance ("ESG") reporting,
including dependencies on and connections to multiple data sources
and functional areas. This role will be responsible for reporting,
maintenance, and support for Sustainability tools and business
processes.
Responsibility Summary:
--- Liaison between Technology, Digital Product Management and
other stakeholders to maintain, enhance or integrate the Salesforce
NetZero system with various firm systems and/or data by proactively
identifying technical or process improvement opportunities. This
role partners closely with a formal project team in support of the
Net Zero system and data relevant to the firm's green house gas
(GHG) emissions.
--- Supports multiple highly complex business processes, including
those related to ESG and Edward Jones' Purpose Activation efforts,
and serves as a functional leader.
--- Create, maintain and review business process models, data
flows, prototypes, business requirements, use cases and test
cases.
--- Create and execute multiple project plans at the same time of
high complexity.
--- Provide Tier 1 support to end users for business processes and
systems.
--- Maintain and generate system reports and ESG related reports as
required. Respond to data requests for regulatory reporting needs
as they relate to ESG and/or GHG emissions reporting
--- Execute and present written and verbal business systems impact
analysis resulting in identification of systematic solution with
high impact.
--- Generate communication, process and educational plans to
mitigate disruption.
--- Understand enterprise systems and impacts.
--- Responsible for business systems case development and
presentation for new systems and data.
--- Mentor those in functional, enabling and volunteer roles across
the firm as appropriate.
--- Bachelor's degree is required with emphasis in Computer Science
or MIS strongly preferred (or relevant work experience).
--- Advanced knowledge of standard Business System Analyst
principles and practices.
--- 5+ years experience designing and implementing functional
systems and data in a structured process.
--- Ability to research data definition, usage and flow to gain
expertise in existing systems.
--- Ability to create new business processes and data usage to
promote efficiency.
--- The ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks /
projects with minimal assistance.
--- Expert relationship management, interpersonal and negotiation
skills.
--- Expert troubleshooting skills to investigate resolve and
escalate problems. Identifies need for technical assistance to help
in problem resolution.
--- Associate must have the ability to work independently and in a
team environment.
--- Lead other associates or project entities without
authority.
--- Ability to effectively communicate with enterprise leaders
using verbal, written and presentations skills.
--- Ability to summarize highly complex business cases, system
information and concepts and clearly communicate to firm
leadership.
--- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to provide working
system prototypes and scenario modeling.
--- Expert to learn evolving firm reporting technology platforms
(Tableau, BI tools)
--- Proficient understanding of data warehouse concepts.
--- Ability to create project plans or execute pre-existing
plans.

range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is
