Job DetailsPosition TypeFull TimeEducation Level4 Year DegreeAbout the OpportunityOBJECTIVE:Provides support to Corporate, Field, and Retail employees with their hardware and software issues as they call into the Help Desk. Able to walk users through how to use company programs and third-party software used by MFA or route their issues through an internal ticket system to the correct Tier 2 IT department for in depth support. Able to identify and troubleshoot a wide range of software, hardware, server, and printer issues. Knowledgeable in Windows, macOS, and iOS operating systems as well as the Microsoft Office software suite.All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.OUR EXPECATIONS ARE THAT YOU: Are available to work full time hours Are available to work overtime (as needed) Are able to do heavy lifting, loading and bending (up to 50 pounds) Are able to work 11am to 7pm shift YOU ARE RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU: Have experience working in agriculture and enjoy being a key player in the industry Have a desire to succeed in your career and the ability to represent the company's culture Have excellent written and oral communication skills Have computer skills (required) Have good interpersonal and time management skills Have analytical and detail-oriented skills Have ability to perform multiple tasks Have troubleshooting skills for hardware/software problems Have knowledge of mobile tablets and phones Have understanding of Anti-virus practices on computers in a corporate environment Enjoy working with othersHIGHLY QUALIFIED CANIDATES WILL BRING:2-4 year Computer Science degree or equivalent experience (required)Experience managing help desk support callsExperience in third party licensing (such as Adobe)Experience in MS/MAC/Doss operating systemsWANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR COMPANY?
