products and services for our customers. You will operate a variety
of equipment and machines to ensure the highest quality product is
provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work
area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You
will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and
participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to
address safety, production and quality improvements. You will
operate various equipment and machines depending on the job tasks
that are asked of and assigned to you. You will receive
necessary
training related to various job tasks and the required PPE to
ensure that you understand company processes. You will create and
package products that help our customers by providing services that
increase customer satisfaction and growth.
This job will require the successful candidate to work rotating
shifts, rotating 12 hour shifts.
Rotating days and nights every 4 months.
Starting pay for this position is $18/hr. with opportunities to
increase your pay to $22.50/hr. with OTJ training and promotions
from Process Operator Level 3 & Level 4.
YOU MUST HAVE: --- High School Diploma or GED
WE VALUE: --- Some manufacturing experience
--- Military Background
--- Previous experience operating forklifts and/or other Powered
Industrial Trucks
--- Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
--- Complete work, follow up and appropriate reporting on
responsibilities
--- Focus on important information and identify key details
--- Troubleshooting skills or strong mechanical aptitude
--- Operate assigned equipment
--- Participate in continuous improvement and Safety goals
--- Comply with all safety rules
