Spherion is partnering with a Blythewood-based manufacturing client in search of a Manufacturing Process Technician. This is a DIRECT HIRE job that offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to production efficiency and continuous improvement efforts.Responsibilities:- Operate manufacturing equipment- Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on equipment- Train other associates as required in all aspects production operations, quality and safety- Ability to read and interpret blueprints- Strong knowledge of SPC and Lean Manufacturing Fundamentals- Intermediate knowledge of machine controls and CNC Programming and debugging- Ensure all supplies are well-stocked to efficiently operate the cell - Provide accurate daily reporting for cellWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- Demonstrated experience working with Siemens CNC machines and equipmentEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- High School Diploma- 2 years of experience in manufacturing
