This associate will be responsible for collaboration with HR
Business stakeholders and translating needs to functional
requirements. Required to interpret business/functional
requirements in technical terms for IT. Responsible for
participating in managing testing strategies. Work to liaise with
Business Process owners, IT and PMO
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the firm's interest and serve as the primary contact
for vendor relationship - including normal support updates, issue
escalation, vendor roadmap, client networking, feature adoption,
etc.
- Serve as the primary expert resource for the firm regarding
system operation, configuration, and administration. Includes
support for internal Technology changes, vendor-driven system
releases and maintenance, user security and access, data governance
and file feeds, etc.
- Provide support to internal business partners regarding the use
of the system, including optimal configuration and tradeoffs
required to support business processes
- Facilitate collaborative decision making between business
areas
- Provide resources for business areas to resolve issues,
effectively train and coach associates, etc.
- Lead projects related to the application processes and
components
- Serve as a project team member at the request of other HR or
Technology areas.
- Provide significant technical guidance to technical resources
both in the firm and with the vendor
- Maintain and complete short-term and long-term system
enhancements
- Design comprehensive test strategies for HR projects to ensure
appropriate testing milestones are planned and achieved
- Ability to gather and write detailed requirements
- Ability to write test plans that tie back to requirements
- Coordinate testing with business partners
- Establish monitoring for test execution and defects
- Lead in the analysis, design, and implementation of new
functionality
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruiting and/or with
Applicant Tracking Systems administration
- Experience with project development and implementation
preferred
- Experience with Agile preferred
- Understanding of HR / Talent processes
- Ability to manage multiple project assignments
- Ability to deliver presentations and/or training classes to
Technology and Business associates, leaders and partners
- Ability to mentor and communicate effectively with project
teams, business users, and other QA professionals. Communicate
and/or escalate quality issues as appropriate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Communicate project needs and status clearly both in writing
and verbally.
- Receives feedback non-defensively.
- Reinforces appropriate behavior (e.g., thanks people for their
cooperation).

- MS Office - expert level skills
- Familiar with database concepts
- Expert level knowledge performance management concepts and
vocabulary
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (BrassRing) is a
plusProblem Solving:
Must be able to respond to average and expert user questions and
investigate potential solutions including working with the vendor
to implement changes or recommend modifications to existing
systems. Must be able to help clearly define and diagnose technical
and system problems related to access, task completion, program
support, reporting, and system downtime. Must understand and work
around constraints related to firm systems as well as vendor
systems and how the two interact with each other. Should be able to
intuitively assess potential problems in order to prevent them.
Decision Making:
The decisions made in this position are often complex and
non-routine and must balance the implications of vendor and firm
systems, user experiences, technical constraints, and long-term
system currency.
Span of Influence:
As this person is considered the expert at the firm regarding the
vendor application and configuration, recommendations made to
senior leadership carry significant weight and influence. Poor
decisions can significantly impact the firm and users' abilities to
complete their work either using the system itself or using
information provided by the system.

and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other
