In a typical branch office, a financial advisor meets with clients and receives branch office support, so they can focus on building deep relationships with clients. Headquarters associates in St. Louis, Tempe and Mississauga provide support and expertise to help U.S. and Canada branch teams deliver an ideal client experience. We continue to grow to meet the needs of long-term individual investors.The Data Insights & Development team is part of the firm's Data & Analytics group which is responsible for stewarding and analyzing both investor and portfolio data to inform decision-making and serve clients in a more predictive and personalized way. ---For Edward Jones, detailed, accessible, timely, accurate and robust data about our clients is foundational to meeting our purpose, and analytics are essential to understanding the many facets of our clients, their portfolios, their goals and our approach to engaging and serving them. The Data Insights & Development team has a broad, strategic lens and the Data and BI Analyst II will partner across the enterprise to evaluate third-party analytic applications and tools to understand the data usage, platform implications, system integrations, and impact to risk appetite; leverage data to connect advice to action and measure impact; consult with peers across the develop-side and enterprise to create quantitative insights to inform development of future experiences, products, services and advice; and assist with business case construction by building financial models, visualizations and illustrations to help guide prioritization and decision making.
Bachelor's Degree required with an emphasis in business, economics, math, engineering, or analytics preferred (or relevant work experience). Advanced degree or certification preferred.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
