THis is a 2 year project.Job responsibilities will include:Provide support services for a portfolio of business applications, mostly cloud basedDevelop and maintain data extracts and reports as needed (SSIS packages, SQL scripting and/or Oracle)Enter vendor service requests and follow them to completionCoordinate updates / upgrades, and facilitate testing in multiple environmentsTroubleshoot user errors and provide timely and high quality customer serviceConduct root cause analysis and implement fixes to reduce future errorsDocument issues and solutions in the ServiceNow ITSMFollow up on issues and questions related to daily operationsMay include participation in an after-hours on call rotationExcellent written and verbal communication skills are requiredAfter an initial Knowledge Transfer period of 2 to 4 weeks at the client site, work will be performed remotely.REQUIRED SKILLS:3+ years' experience in supporting cloud based business systemsFamiliar with vendor coordination tasksExperience managing testing in multiple environmentsSQL scripting experience is requiredPrefer experience working in OraclePrefer experience building SSIS packagesPlease send an email to Morgan.Fisler@CTG.com If interested.CTG (NASDAQ: CTG) has developed a reputation for responsiveness and reliability - traits that our clients say set us apart - since our founding in 1966.
