Job Description Provide a high level of support for our customers by receiving, reviewing, filing, and submitting contracts, licenses, applications, and various other types of administrative work. Process contracts and licensing for agent appointments with carriers in a timely manner with accuracy, as well as potentially confirming agent appointments. Ability to work in office full-time -- - Duties and Responsibilities Be able to multitask within the departmentProcess, scrub, submit, and follow up on individual agent contracts with numerous insurance carriersEmployee has potential to work with over 30 separate insurance carrier contracts and a multitude of agentsUpdate and maintain agent data in the CRM - Strong Typing Skills-- -Perform general administrative tasks-- -Answer questions and offer support and requests via email, phone, and face to facePromote strong relationships through analytical problem solvingBe proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs, particularly Outlook and ExcelRegularly pay close attention to detail - Multitask and multiple screens/browsers Integrity offers you the opportunity to start a career in a family-like environment that is rewarding and cutting edge.
