Come join our NEWBERRY, SC Technical Support Team!
Come join us and be one of the friendly voices of our tech support
team! As a TSR, you'll listen to the caller and use your technical
expertise and passion for outstanding customer service to answer
questions about products and services and/or troubleshoot and
diagnose technical issues related to internet connectivity. These
solutions include, but are not limited to, resolving username and
password issues, uninstalling/reinstalling basic software
applications, verifying proper hardware and software setup, power
cycling equipment, assisting with computer navigation and
troubleshooting email issues.
We offer competitive wages (starting wage up to $11.30/hour based
on experience and skills), performance
bonuses and benefits including health insurance and 401(k)
retirement with a company match!
Shift differentials (additional compensation) available for evening
and weekend shifts.
We also provide two weeks of paid, mandatory training. Must be
available to attend training during specified hours.

additional pay differential for skill.
