Job Description:

Client Ambassador/Junior Sales Rep OBERD is looking for a Client Ambassador/Junior Sales Rep to join our team who will work directly with our sales and marketing teams. This individual will have an in-depth understanding of OBERD to guide potential customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily, but also the customer's needs and to communicate common customer behaviors to the sales, marketing, and product teams. Key responsibilities

  • Generating new sales opportunities
  • Support sales efforts through all phases of the sales cycle and complimenting the work of Oberd's sales team
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Understanding and promoting company programs
  • Support/attend industry and partnership conferences as Oberd representative
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
  • Ensuring that our customers are achieving the goals they were looking to achieve when purchasing our product
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products
  • Maintaining customer loyalty
  • Upselling existing customers to new features within the product
  • Demonstrate to the customer during each and every encounter how our solution(s) adds value Experience
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited institution.
    • 1 years of experience in an overall commercial/business and sales function preferred.
    • Sales experience or knowledge of Sales Processes preferred
    • Solid project management & time management skills, including the ability to prioritize, document, and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
    • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work with people remotely

    • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
