investors.The Senior Product Leader Trust Services leads a team
that is responsible for developing and executing the firm's and
Edward Jones Trust Company's Trust Services product line vision and
long-term strategy to ensure branch teams have quality products and
the support needed to enable the delivery of human-centered
complete wealth management.
Responsibility Summary:
- Drive the ongoing design and development of innovative Trust
Services in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
based on client, branch and market insights that align with firm
advice and guidance and the firm's purpose and vision.
- Lead a team that is responsible for the orchestration of the
product line, which includes collaborating with key stakeholders to
create product roadmaps that are inclusive of the entire value
chain (Eg. insights, positioning, marketing, adoption, pricing and
continuous improvements).
- Provide thought leadership and influence the design and
development of integrated platforms, systems, tools and processes
that create a better client and branch team experience
- Serve as subject matter expert for the Trust Services product
line for the firm. Includes advanced knowledge of features,
benefits, pricing, etc. and their relative positioning in the
marketplace.
- Take active role in the trust industry as firm/EJTC
representatives for Trust Services product line.
- Understand and interpret rules and potential rule changes in
the tax, legal and regulatory environment for the product line;
influence and shape the firm position with respect to tax, legal
and regulatory issues for these products/programs.
- Lead broad Trust Company, division, firm or industry
initiatives and events as needed to represent the product line in
alignment with firm strategy (Eg. cross-divisional projects,
internal committees, regional events, industry groups, etc.)
- Attract, develop and lead a team of high performing leaders and
associates. Assist in their ongoing growth and personal and
professional development.Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced degree or relevant industry designation(s) preferred (JD,
CTFA, etc.).
Years of Experience:
Generally 15+ years of relevant financial services experience with
10+ years of Trust Services experience strongly preferred.
Leadership experience required.

- Comprehensive and deep subject matter expertise in the product
line

- Advanced proficiency with systems and tools including MS
Office, Tableau and databases

Development, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Products, Product Review,
Operations, Service and Solutions.

and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other
