more, visit DescriptionJob Profile SummaryThe Agile Coach provides
support, and recommendations across agile teams-notably through
executive, delivery leadership and team training. Regularly makes
recommendations to scrum masters on strategies to calibrate agile
fluency, leveraging the enterprise framework including direct
support of work mobilization activities (e.g., road map
development, functional decomposition). Role is a highly
experienced team member within Journey, Platform or segment or as
part of the Practice whose focus is primarily on the coaching
aspects of agile and/or TD at Scale methodology to be leveraged
across various businesses and respective team. The Agile Coach
provides guidance on agile methods and/or NEW methods at TD, and
educates team members on their role in the agile operating model,
as well as the business value the agile method provides. The
ultimate goal of the Agile Coach role, is to assist agile teams
(e.g., Product Groups, Product Families, Pods) by bringing them to
a higher level of maturity/capability.Experienced Agile Coach
requires comprehensive expertise in leading-edge theories or
techniques in agile approachesFocus is on coaching and training
leadership and assisting Scrum Masters and agile teamsAbility to
provide guidance and oversight to multiple teams, growing
capability across the organizationIn-depth expertise in agile to
interpret internal and external obstacles and recommend best
practicesHelps Scrum Masters resolve problems, and identify
innovative solutionsOffers advice and guidance for delivery teams
on how to transition to and operate in scaled delivery
environmentsCoaches other teams & leads teams to drive agile
adoptionGenerally reports to Practice Area Lead or Practice Lead
and contributes directly to assigned Journey or Platform.Job
RequirementsMust be eligible for employment under regulatory
standards applicable to the position.Post-secondary
educationCertified Scrum Master and/or Certified Scrum Master in
scaled Agile framework (e.g., SAFE) and 5+ years of Scrum Master
experienceTypically requires 7+ years of Agile
