    We are now looking to appoint our next Client Engagement Manager to join our Sales Team in the USA. In this role you will be accountable for new customer acquisition and the planning, building, and managing of long-lasting relationships with top accounts and partners, and work with them to grow the business market share. As a proactive sales hunter your day-to-day activities will include a significant amount of outbound contacting and prospecting, where you will inspire customers and prospects. You will be working closely with specialty sales resources to deliver customizable solutions for our customers with Crayon's cloud products and solutions.
    Key responsibilities to highlight are:
    • Develop new customer relationships in chosen market segment by hunting, identifying and qualifying leads for Crayon Cloud products and solutions
    • Achieve your quarterly sales targets and KPIs
    • Phone-based and field-based outbound calling and prospecting
    • Grow and drive a healthy sales pipeline, using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and keep an updated and accurate pipeline
    • Go to Market to transform on-prem business to the cloud through services and licensing sales, leveraging Crayon's experts in Cloud and IT cost optimization services
    • Execute on marketing campaigns to assist with sales efforts
      To thrive in this role, we believe you are passionate about sales and have a highly driven winner's instinct with strong documented sales results. You are a proactive, highly motivated, and self-starting individual who seeks to not only achieve but exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets. We envision you to be highly articulate both verbally and in written form and see you apply this with your ability to inspire customers and prospects over the phone, via video conferencing and other prospecting tools. To succeed in this role, you are a team player with the ability to collaborate across the team to achieve common goals for the company and have a good understanding of our partner's business models.
      Desired Competency & Experience:
      • 5+ years of experience in IT solution selling with exposure to cloud solutions and digital transformation and SAM
      • Experience with hunting, identifying, and qualifying leads for IT products and services
      • Proven experience working with professional services engagements
      • Proven track record driving new and existing accounts, with a focus on growth and expansion
