Join us as a Customer Service Representative to answer questions, process transactions and assist customers by phone! You'll shine in this role if you have strong listening skills and enjoy a challenging, fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service Rep at our Sumter, SC location, you'll enjoy:

  • Full-Time schedule (40 hours/week), day, evening, and overnight shift options
  • $13.00/hour to start, with an increase to $15/hour after initial training (appx. 3 weeks)

    Required qualifications, skills and experience
    • A high school diploma or GED and are at least 18 years old
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Computer skills, including the ability to type 25 wpm
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
      Desired qualifications, skills and experience
      • Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
