A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Health Customer Experience Specialist. Core Responsibilities Include: Interacting with customers, Medicare agents and seniors, through omni-channel communications Supporting agents through on-boarding, vetting/validation, and on-going platform use Supporting seniors through product interaction, meeting scheduling, and post-interaction follow-up Applicants must meet the following qualifications: 2 years experience in a customer-facing/service-oriented role Experience working with senior/elderly population Strong verbal and written communicator Incredibly empathetic with strong active listening skills and problem-solving mentality Good judgement and poise under pressure when working through customer issues Coachable, willing to take feedback and eager to grow and gain professional development experience
