A medical technology solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Patient Advocate. Core Responsibilities Include: Answering incoming patient calls Returning patient calls daily and assist them with their questions regarding billing statements Resolving patient issues by researching the patient's account and correcting insurance information, demographics, etc Must meet the following requirements for consideration: High School Diploma/GED required 1 to 2 years of Customer Service experience Solid computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
