Who you are:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program and active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina or compact multi-state license..
• Three (3) years home care experience preferred.
• Two (2) years management experience preferred.

What you'll do as a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager:

• The Registered Nurse (RN) Manager is responsible for the oversight of all personnel and all patient care services provided by the agency, whether directly or under arrangement.
• In addition, initially this position will be responsible for conducting home health RN visits as necessary as we grow our team and our census in the new market. Home visit requirements for this role will phase out as we grow our nursing team.
• Assures ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patient.
• Assures the development and evaluation of the plan of care in partnership with the patient, representative (if any), and caregiver(s).
