Experience in (preferably demonstrated through publications in top AI conferences and journals): Machine/Deep Learning algorithms, Sensor Data management, Explanation methods and NLP techniques. Experience and/or interest in applying research to smart city (water, traffic), medical (individual, public health) and/or education domains. Experience of effectively using GPU and/or cloud computing environments involving multimodal big data.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Demonstrated success in high-quality publications in the field of candidate's expertise. Demonstrable knowledge of at least two (2)subjects of relevance to activities with emphasis on Machine Learning, including Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing Vision.The candidate should have high interest in being trained for a future academic career and should have experience with literature review, experimental research, evaluation, data collection, and analysis with scientific thinking.
