Kelly Services has immediate openings in Florence, SC for Electrical testing and inspection.----1st shift - 6a-4:30p$25-$33/hour.-- Depending on experience.----Main Responsibilities-Inspecting and testing electrical systems, sub and major assemblies and components to detect faulty wiring and ensure compliance with codes and standards.----Skills NeededAbility to demonstrate and understanding of Ohms lawRework minor defects when necessary.Test harness maintenance, documentation and re-build harnesses as necessaryImplement run test modifications, perform maintenance and keep appropriate documentationPartner with electrical Test Engineers Test Technicians to continuously improve run test processes and support shop floor Associates and Tester 1 counterparts.Able to Test in all work Cells/Production Lines with AC and DC CurrentAssist in trainingInspect wiring of assemblies for accuracy of stripping, soldering and crimping. and defectsDemonstrated knowledge and application of advanced troubleshooting to include investigation, diagnosis, root cause analysis, etc.Utilize necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to properly perform run testsExamine and inspect wire harnesses and control panels for completeness of assembly, quality and conformance to blueprints.Perform run tests on components independently across multiple lines, to ensure--components will operate correctly and have been assembled according to blueprints.Perform tests with all run test applications, troubleshoot any issues detected during the run test.Utilize the ACE 5S principles to promote continuous improvement--Obtain ACE associate status within 2 years.EducationAssociates/Technical Degree in Electrical or Electronics preferred, or equivalent trainingBachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics preferred.--2-4 years inspection experience.----Apply now with your updated resume for immediate consideration.----Why Kelly--?As a worker today, it's up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
