Valid NC or SC Drivers License and reliable transportation to the North Raleigh warehouse. Construction or exterior work experience is a plus. Professionalism: you work safely and understand this is a drug-free workplace. Essential Duties Team reliability is key. All employees must arrive at the SOR warehouse by 7:30 AM sharp, MondayFriday. Most finish between 24 PM. This role includes pressure washing and the ability to cross-train for the gutter cleaning service line. Cross-trained technicians are able to service more revenue and therefore, often make more money. Additional expectations: Operate hoses, wands, ladders, and harnesses safely. Follow OSHA and company safety requirements. Lift/pull up to 75 lbs and hold wands overhead for extended periods. Work at heights within fall-protection limits (Must be able to meet size and weight requirements for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. With some exceptions, individuals between 150270 lbs. can generally use our equipment safely. Applicants near either limit are encouraged to ask for detailswell do our best to work with you.)
