Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance of production equipment. Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service. Work with equipment representatives to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on mechanical, electrical, and sensory equipment. Schedule and perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure the highest quality and safety standards possible. Perform maintenance using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment to perform duties. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed by plant management. On occasion lift more than 50 lbs.
