Our team operates with state-of-the-art equipment, a commitment to excellence, and a collaborative culture centered around our core values: Strong Work Ethic Respectfulness Willingness to Help Coachability Reliability What Youll Do Perform routine mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial properties Maintain assigned routes and ensure all scheduled properties are serviced on time Monitor lawn quality and report any issues or property concerns Communicate with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and quality service Inspect properties for additional service needs and generate leads or proposals Maintain vehicles, tools, and mowing equipment in safe working condition Complete and submit all service paperwork accurately and promptly Follow all safety rules, company procedures, and driving laws What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment Competitive base pay field sales commission Paid training no experience required Health, dental, vision, IRA, and supplemental life insurance 401(k) with up to 3% company match Paid Time Off: 10 PTO days, 3 sick days, 6 paid holidays, and 2 gifted days per year Year-round bonuses and performance incentives Company-covered uniforms and PPE Professional, team-oriented culture Opportunities for advancement and ongoing training Qualifications Ability to read and write English Self-motivated and able to work independently Experience in lawn services or mowing (helpful, not required) Basic mechanical knowledge (helpful) Physical ability to safely operate outdoor mowing equipment Ability to walk, kneel, push, lift, and move up to 50 lbs Must be able to wear required PPE and work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid, clean drivers license and age 21 (insurance requirement) Applicants with a South Carolina drivers license are preferred to bring their driving record. Applicants with an out-of-state license must provide their driving record at the time of the scheduled interview.
