leading a team to deliver technology products and services that
meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing a
technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with
applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and
organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern,
Agile solution delivery practices. Job expectations may include
coaching, mentoring, providing feedback and hands on career
development, identifying emerging talent, fostering leadership
skills, and managing stakeholders. A visionary Senior Technology
Manager who serves as a strategic business liaison between Consumer
Technology and Consumer Line of Business. This role is central to
driving ideation, concept development and solution strategies that
elevate the client & associate experience, drive operational
excellence and enable growth. The ideal candidate will be a
strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and
consumer-centric experiences, collaborative in dynamic, evolving
environment and skilled in navigating ambiguity across Technology
channel teams. In addition, the ability to possess a strong
executive presence, influence across levels, and connect strategies
/ concepts around a shared vision. Responsibilities: Builds and
manages by performing financial activities to inform workforce
strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and
quality objectives, and training employees/teams to address
feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives Manages
solution delivery and application performance in production (app
health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data
management standards, audit exams and reviews), ensuring all
relevant risk, financial, and compliance policies are met Manages
relationships with business and technology partners and leads and
creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization
Contributes to the technology strategy for their technical domain
Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps to
resolve organizational impediments/blockers Ensures that execution
is aligned with product strategy by working with product management
and other stakeholders Required Qualifications: 10 Years of
experience in Technology or related filed Business Partnership &
Strategy Alignment Trusted advisor to business leaders to
understand strategy, goals, and emerging needs. Translate business
vision into actionable technology opportunities, requirements, and
strategic roadmaps. Serve as a trusted advisor to business
partners, guiding them on feasibility, prioritization, and solution
options. Innovation & Solution Design Integration Facilitate
ideation workshops and innovation activities to enable quick wins
and cross channel integration Prototype / Pilot concepts to further
accelerate concept evaluation Accelerate integration of new
solutions into existing ecosystems, balancing innovation with
scalability and sustainability Technology Collaboration & Delivery
Facilitation Partner with technology teams—including engineering,
product management, UX, and architecture—to shape solutions that
align with business intent. Ensure requirements are well defined,
understood, and translated into functional and technical
specifications. Drive cross-team collaboration to ensure delivery
teams are aligned on scope, expectations, timelines, and outcomes.
Leadership & Communication Act as the primary liaison between
business and technology, ensuring transparency, shared
understanding, and timely communication. Facilitate decision?making
by presenting clear options, trade-offs, and impacts. Build and
maintain strong relationships across business domains and
technology groups. Desired Qualifications: • Influence

(NJ2150) Pay and benefits information Pay range $135,900.00 -
$220,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on
experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive
eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual
discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual
discretionary award based on their overall individual performance
results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their
line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the
