us! Job Description: This role is responsible for supporting senior
leadership through high-impact strategic and operational analyses.
The role partners across lines of business and corporate functions
to frame ambiguous problems, develop enterprise insights, and
enable executive decision-making through rigorous analytics, clear
storytelling, and disciplined performance tracking.
Responsibilities: Lead enterprise-level strategic and operational
analyses from problem framing through executive recommendation,
partnering across multiple lines of business and corporate
functions. Structure ambiguous, cross?LOB business problems,
develop hypotheses, and design analytical approaches that surface
key drivers, tradeoffs, and implications. Develop strategic plans,
targets, and performance frameworks that align enterprise
priorities with measurable outcomes. Design and maintain enterprise
KPI scorecards, dashboards, and performance narratives, integrating
quantitative metrics with qualitative context to inform senior
leadership decisions. Translate complex analyses into clear,
executive-ready insights through concise written summaries,
presentations, and data-driven storytelling. Support enterprise
prioritization efforts, including initiative sequencing, dependency
identification, and progress tracking across strategic workstreams.
Establish and maintain performance tracking and operating rhythms
for enterprise initiatives, identifying risks, opportunities, and
recommended actions. Influence outcomes without direct authority,
using data, logic, and compelling narratives to align stakeholders
across matrixed organizations. Operate effectively in environments
characterized by ambiguity, evolving priorities, and incomplete
data, exercising sound judgment and adaptability. Required Skills:
7 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or
strategy, with demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex data
sets and translate results into actionable business insights.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence / data
visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), with 5 years of hands-on
experience . 5 years of experience structuring ambiguous business
problems, developing hypotheses, and designing analytical
approaches to drive clarity and insight. Strong understanding of
financial and performance management concepts , including key
business drivers, developed through 5 years in performance
measurement, strategy, or business planning environments. 5 years
of experience communicating complex analytical insights to senior
and executive audiences through clear storytelling, executive
summaries, and presentation materials. Proven ability to influence
without authority , using data and logic to drive alignment across
stakeholders, supported by 5 years of experience in matrixed
organizations. 7 years of experience collaborating
cross-functionally and operating effectively in enterprise
environments with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and incomplete
data. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Desired
Skills: Experience supporting enterprise or multi?LOB initiatives
Financial modeling, ROI / value sizing, or scenario analysis
experience SQL and/or Python for scalable analysis Experience
building executive performance packs or enterprise dashboards
Familiarity with change management or operating model design Other
