Position Summary: Maintains and supports the enterprise Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure specifically with client support on a large-scale multi-site, multi-domain environment. Responsible for Messaging and Collaboration supported applications to include Outlook, Office and SharePoint. Manages the integration of email with other systems such as mobile device and other unified communication technologies. Administers the Messaging and Collaboration user accounts in the enterprise by creating user ids, effecting user name changes and moves, maintaining group lists, and removing terminated user ids (must adhere to regulatory requirements when needed) Assumes the leadership role in the resolution of complex technical issues (SME) Consults with application developers on issues related to the impact of applications Coordinates with application developers and project managers to deploy worldwide enterprise solutions/applications (tasks to include but not limited to testing and documentation) Provides technical expertise to internal IT groups and provide feedback and recommendations to management for service level and environment optimization Protects the overall security of the messaging environment through the administration of access control lists, security measures and certification of external organizations Provides training to users, junior technicians and other IT personnel Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience in enterprise IT operations, messaging, collaboration, or productivity platforms within large?scale environments Demonstrated expertise supporting Microsoft 365 / Exchange?based messaging and collaboration platforms in complex, multi?site, multi?domain enterprise environments Strong hands?on experience with Outlook, Exchange (on?prem and/or Exchange Online), SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise web conferencing platforms Proven ability to act as a technical escalation point and subject?matter expert for high?severity, high?impact incidents Experience leading root cause analysis, driving corrective actions, and preventing recurrence through process or technical improvements Ability to partner effectively with application development, infrastructure, security, and product teams to assess impact and deploy enterprise solutions Demonstrated ability to document complex technical processes, architectures, and operational runbooks Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non?technical stakeholders Solid understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and general networking concepts Desired Qualifications: Experience supporting hybrid environments (on?prem and cloud) and large?scale migrations or platform transformations Experience working in highly regulated or security?sensitive environments Demonstrated experience mentoring junior engineers and setting technical standards or best practices Experience producing high?quality technical documentation and operational guidance Relevant technical certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, or equivalent enterprise certifications) Skills: Innovative Thinking Production Support Result Orientation Risk Management Solution Design Adaptability Analytical Thinking Collaboration Influence Solution Delivery Process Architecture Automation DevOps Practices Project Management Stakeholder Management Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency details US - NJ - Pennington - 1300 American Blvd - Hopewell Bldg 3 (NJ2130) Pay and benefits information Pay range $85,000.00 - $154,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
