Job Description Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Product Management Support role,for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our largest clients! This is a W2 contract opportunity, and the candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY, NO C2C. Product Management Support (Gen AI) Location: Charlotte, NC Type: W2 Contract – 12 month contract Work Schedule: Onsite-Hybrid, standard working hours. Schedule: 3 days in office Required Technical Skills Process and operating model documentation Confluence and collaboration tools Technology enablement and governance frameworks Documentation standards and controls The Product Management Support role enables GenAI product teams by building and maintaining high-quality documentation, playbooks, and operational artifacts. This role ensures consistency, governance, and operational readiness as GenAI capabilities scale across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities (R&R) Build and maintain Confluence pages and GenAI product documentation. Develop playbooks, SOPs, and process documentation. Support governance, controls, and compliance documentation. Create training materials and onboarding content for GenAI capabilities. Standardize product management artifacts across initiatives. Partner with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure readiness. Key Deliverables GenAI product playbooks and SOPs Confluence knowledge repositories Process and control documentation Training and enablement materials Operational readiness checklists Required Competencies Exceptional written communication skills High attention to detail and consistency Ability to organize complex information clearly Strong collaboration and follow-through Comfort operating in regulated environments “Beware of scams.
