• Lead a technical delivery organization comprised of integration and data migration teams, managing their success
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and career development to resources in the global technical organization
• Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of client projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration with client systems

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in SaaS professional services, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong experience with cloud-based solutions, integrations, and technical delivery in a professional services capacity
• Proven experience managing and delivering complex cloud-based software projects
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teamsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Strong background in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Dell Boomi, Google Cloud)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management
