Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer. In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture, and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code for modules, leading validation for all types of testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration, rewards excellence, and values diversity.
Location: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or Maryland Heights, MO, or be willing to relocate. Travel to project locations may be required.
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of each year of education.
  
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  
  Must Have Skills:
  

• 
  
• Experience in Core Java, Java 8, J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, API development, Maven.
  
• Experience developing web and microservices applications.
  
  Preferred Skills:
  
  • 
    
  • CSS3, JavaScript, XML, HTML5, JQuery, Bootstrap.
    
  • React JS / Angular JS.
    
  • AWS RDS, MySQL databases, and AWS services such as CloudTrail, CloudWatch, storage, computing, and networking.
    
  • Experience in Design Review, Code Review, and Architecture Review; participation in architect review forums like Architecture Review Board; interaction with Client Tech SMEs and Architects.
    
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
    
  • Ability to lead technical meetings and represent Infosys at the client side.
    
  • Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments.
    
  • Experience and interest in working in a global delivery environment.
    
  • Knowledge of File Transmission, Networking, and security code scans.
    
  • Understanding of Containers & Docker Architecture.
    
    The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication by telephone, email, or face-to-face is required. Travel may be necessary as per job requirements.
