Job Title: Software Engineer
Position type: Full-time Contract(W2)
Duration: 12 Months contract
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid), (3 days onsite/2 wfh)

As a Software Engineer you will:
Collaborate with client personnel in software engineering to identify and address moderately complex software challenges.
Analyze and review software engineering processes and deliverables, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Contribute to the resolution of software engineering issues while ensuring compliance with functional policies and procedures.
Support the development of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines utilizing the PySpark framework.
Utilize deep SQL capabilities to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
Participate in large-scale planning sessions to ensure alignment with software engineering deliverables.
Consult with stakeholders to ensure all software engineering initiatives meet business objectives and compliance requirements.


The ideal candidate will have:
Proficiency in data engineering, with hands-on experience in developing ETL pipelines using PySpark.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to tackle complex data queries and analyses.
Responsible for communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to navigate and interpret functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $50-$55per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
