Job Description:

Path Engineering LLC (a staffing agency with years of experience helping companies with high-volume hiring needs) is posting this job on behalf of The Fitts Company. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) programs for a variety of machines, including lathes, milling machines, and other CNC equipment. They will provide technical support to CNC operators, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and optimize the performance of CNC machines.Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain CNC programs for various machines
• Provide technical support to CNC operators
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines
• Optimize the performance of CNC machines
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production needs are met
• Stay up-to-date with the latest CNC technology and programming techniques
• Maintain accurate records of all CNC programsQualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages and software
  • Experience with CNC machines and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in a related field is a plus
  • A degree or diploma in computer-aided manufacturing or a related field is a plusYou should be proficient in:
