Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer technical service and support to include
installation/start-up (mechanical and electrical)
- PLC software modification on system controls
- Customer training and troubleshooting
- Up to 50% Travel Foreign and Domestic
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or
university, or one to two years of related experience and/or
training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls in a
machinery environment. Mechanical and electrical technical skills
to troubleshoot, design and solve machine malfunctions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Frequently required to stand.
- Frequently required to walk.
- Occasionally required to sit.
- Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or
crawl.
- Occasionally required to talk or hear.
- Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.
- Occasionally exposure to extreme heat or cold
(non-weather)
- While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the
work environment is usually moderate.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 40
pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close
vision; Distance vision; Color vision; Peripheral vision; Depth
perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Frequently required to travel on airplanes or in
automobiles.
