Job Type

  • Provide customer technical service and support to include installation/start-up (mechanical and electrical)
  • PLC software modification on system controls
  • Customer training and troubleshooting
  • Up to 50% Travel Foreign and Domestic
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management. COMPETENCIES:

      QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Comprehensive knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls in a machinery environment. Mechanical and electrical technical skills to troubleshoot, design and solve machine malfunctions.
      • Frequently required to stand.

      • Occasionally required to sit.
      • Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
      • Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
      • Occasionally required to talk or hear.
      • Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts.
      • Occasionally exposure to extreme heat or cold (non-weather)
      • While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
      • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 40 pounds.
      • Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision; Distance vision; Color vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
      • Frequently required to travel on airplanes or in automobiles.
