Job Description:

We are looking to hire a TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST.Must have mechanical aptitude and be familiar with motorcycle, vehicle or ATV repairs.Roles and Responsibilities:Provide technical support, guidance on warranty policy, issue detection and diagnosis for repair of powersports products. This position is in a call center and requires effective phone communication with adequate computer skills to perform research, document calls, update case information and effectively navigate through available resources and applications.Daily Tasks:Receive incoming phone calls from dealership technicians, document call details, provide guidance on warranty policy, issue detection and diagnosis for repair of powersports products. Respond to inquires in 24 hours.Required Skills:Must have the ability to communicate quickly and effectively over the phone. Must have an adequate computer skill level to perform research, document calls, update case information and effectively navigate through available resources and applications. The ideal candidate will have powersports dealership service department experience with experiencein repairing motorcycles/ATVs/SXSs.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Dealership technician experience,experiencerepairing Motorcycles/ATVs/SXSs. Experience riding motorcycles, ATVs and SXS products.
