JOB DESCRIPTION


Qualified candidate will handles inbound calls and provides quality customer service in accordance with standards and guidelines set by the department.



Maintains adequate service levels, quality and productivity standards set by the department. Ensures exceptional customer service and quality customer care. Work within company guidelines to ensure that customers receive accurate timely and dependable assistance.



RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE


We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year help desk, desktop support or related technical experience. Bachelors degree or equivalent certification preferred. Candidate will also have experience in a high volume call center setting. Qualified candidate will also have experience with customer support.
