Travel to job fairs and Universities is occasionally required. You can probably expect to not be in the office 50% of the time. You will review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program, interview potential candidates and hire the best prospects. The job also includes introducing new hires to the company through onboarding and orientation as well as serving as an employee advocate for all employees (including following up with new hires to ensure a smooth transition to our team approach). The position is not just about placing people into jobs, its about headhunting the right BCBAs and building relationships to find the perfect job for them and their skillset.
