Job Title: Senior Human Resources GeneralistLocation: Orangeburg, South CarolinaSalary: $75-95K plus bonusJob Summary: The Senior Human Resources Generalist performs activities in functions such as employment, compensation, benefits, training, compliance reporting and employee relations. Join our HR team as a Human Resources Generalist, supporting both hourly and salaried employees across various functions. Collaborate with other HR teammates to develop customer-focused solutions and recommendations for management.--Job Responsibilities: --Administer human resources policies and procedures.Collects and analyzes HR data, and makes recommendations to management.Perform activities in functions such as employment, compensation, benefits, training, compliance reporting and employee relations.Participate with recruiting programs, interviewing, screening, evaluating, and selecting qualified applicants.Participate with managers regarding job evaluation requests.Interprets human resources policies, counsels employees concerning work-related problems, and conducts termination interviews.Conducts and prepares material for employee orientations.Conducts research, analyzes data, and prepares recommendations on assigned projects.Provides assistance to line management regarding employee relations practicesMay provide technical guidance to lower level staff.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree required5 + years related human resources generalist experience.Knowledge of HR techniques, applications and programsStrong working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft OfficeMust have strong written and verbal skillsAbility to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and implement changeBe in the local or commutable Orangeburg, SC area.-- No relocation assistance provided.----
