What you'll do :
HR Digital Solutions, Learning and Development, is a part of the
Digital Product Management organization. We are a product team that
owns enterprise deployed applications for Learning Experience
Platform (LXP) and Learning Management System (LMS). This team
manages LXP and LMS platform integrations with internal systems and
external content partners to deliver both professional development
and required continuing education (CE) content.
Serve as the primary expert resource for the firm regarding system
operation, configuration, and administration. Includes support for
internal Technology changes, vendor-driven system releases and
maintenance, user security and access, data governance and file
feeds, etc.Provide support to internal business partners regarding
the use of the system, including optimal configuration and
tradeoffs required to support business processesParticipate as a
member of a durable Agile team in partnership with resources from
Technology and at the direction of Product Owner(s)Provide
resources for business areas to resolve issues, effectively train
and coach associates, etc.Head projects related to the application
processes and componentsServe as a project team member at the
request of other HR or Technology areas. Provide significant
technical guidance to technical resources both in the firm and with
vendorsMaintain and complete short-term and long-term system
enhancementsDesign comprehensive test strategies for HR projects to
ensure appropriate testing milestones are planned and
achievedAbility to gather and write detailed requirementsAbility to
write test plans that tie back to requirementsCoordinate testing
with business partnersEstablish monitoring for test execution and
defectsDrive the analysis, design, and implementation of new
functionality

What experience you need :Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience preferredUnderstanding of HR / Talent processesAbility
to manage multiple project assignmentsAbility to deliver
presentations and/or training classes to Technology and Business
associates, leaders and partnersAbility to mentor and communicate
effectively with project teams, business users, and other QA
professionals. Communicate and/or escalate quality issues as
appropriateProven written and verbal communication skills.
Communicate project needs and status clearly both in writing and
verbally. Microsoft Office - professional level skillsFamiliar with
database conceptsAdept understanding of performance management
concepts and vocabulary
