EquipmentShare is searching for a Market Performance Trainer at our Corporate office in Columbia, MO - this position can be remote.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Perform job duties in accordance with EquipmentShare's vision, mission, and values.
  • Provide training that will drive and improve branch knowledge and brand awareness.
  • Establish and maintain advanced-level awareness of EquipmentShare products, service offerings, operational procedures, and core operating systems.
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with corporate departments and rental/retail markets.
  • Ensure training, assignments, and special projects are completed within time standards.
  • Set-up and support performance training at new branches.
  • Support onboarding of employees at a branch level.
  • Schedule, organize and provide materials for in-person training as well as virtual training.
  • Assist in the onboarding of but not limited to General Managers, Service Managers, Parts Managers and Rental Coordinators as new hires as well as at new stores.
  • Promote and maintain a high level of knowledge about EquipmentShare University.
  • Be able to travel 50% of the year with overnight travel required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    • Ability to leverage technology to improve training, efficiency and branch success.
    • Ability to multi-task and maneuver through various programs and applications.
    • Working knowledge of G-Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
    • Ability to work quickly and think logically, especially under pressure.
    • Attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify process break-downs.
    • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in a positive manner.
    • Self-starter and highly motivated with a strong, positive work ethic.
    • Must possess a professional yet enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
      Education And Experience
      • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
      • At least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment industry, employee training & development support, project management, and/or customer service.
      • Experience working at EquipmentShare preferred.
        Physical Requirements
        • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
